Baaz was founded in 2019 by Anubhav Sharma, Shubham Srivastava, Karan Singla and Abhijeet Saxena, a team of IIT Delhi students who had worked on Formula-E race cars. Ashish from our team mentored them from the start, and we led the first round in 2019.
Baaz runs a full-stack platform of low-speed electric scooters and battery-swap stations built for gig delivery work, where daily distance and uptime matter more than top speed.
